Our Story

We are specialist consultants in international mobility solutions, supporting individuals and businesses in the areas of Expatriate Management, immigration, HR compliance, relocation & family assistance since 2003. Our teams based in Portugal and Mozambique support organizations design and implement the best international mobility strategies that enable them to attract, hold and foster talent in a global context.

With an insight-driven approach, we work hand-in-hand with our clients to craft and deliver tailor-made, flexible solutions for their international mobility challenges.

In 2013, Moving ON innovated and lauched the world’s first relocation e-shop, advising through technology and reaching a wider scope of mobile workers, families and students.

Moving-ON is a member of EuRA (European Relocation Association) and a holder of the EuRA Global Quality Seal (EGQS) the world’s first accreditation programme for relocation providers, which certifies excellence and the very highest standards in relocation services.
